This is the place to share episode ideas, which you are NOT going to use.

Well, I got an idea
Bowser and Kamek stole the Crystal Stars, they divide them over a couple of bosses (Goomboss, Whomp King, Koopa Bros by example). Mario and Luigi have to recover the Crystal Stars.
Example of how you can do it:
Goomba Plains (Goomboss)
Pokey Desert (Mummypokey)
Cheep Cheep Beach (Gooper Blooper)
Wiggler's Woods (Boss Wiggler)
Freezing Fields (Crystal King)
Monty Mole Mountains (Monty Tank)
Cloudy Heights (Kamek)
Bowser's Kingdom (Bowser, obviously)
6 levels per world excluding boss fight/castle

I'm gonna share an idea as well.

Smithy is back, took over the Mushroom Kingdom, and this time you don't have any partners on your side to help you! What are you gonna do? Kick him back into the dark dimension of course!

I'd put the worlds kinda like in the original, although I wouldn't add as many different regions as in the original so it wouldn't become too complex...

World 0 (Introduction): Bowser's Castle. (Boss: Bowser)
World 1: Grass: Mario's Pad, Mushroom Kingdom, Bandit's Way. (Boss: Mack)
World 2: Forest: Kero Sewers, Tadpole Pond, Forest Maze, Rose Town. (Boss: Bowyer)
OPTIONAL: Yo'ster Island. (Mini-boss: Boshi?)
World 3: Mountain/Cave: Moleville, Moleville Mines, Booster Tower, Marrymore, Star Hill. (Bosses: Punchinello, Booster)
World 4: Water: Seaside Town, Sunken Ship. (Bosses: King Calamari, Yaridovich)
World 5: Mountain/Desert: Land's End, Belome Temple, Monstro Town, Bean Valley. (Bosses: Belome, Megasmilax)
World 6: Sky: Nimbus Land, Nimbus Castle. (Boss: Valentine)
World 7: Lava/Darklands: Barrel Volcano, Bowser's Castle, Factory. (Bosses: Axem Rangers, Exor, Smithy)

I've always had an episode idea which was about Mario and Luigi exploring a cave.
This cave is divided in a lot of rooms, each one having their own theme, and into the cave there is an entrance of a tower, where there is basically the final level. A part of this tower is part of the hub and it leads to other areas which are in the overworld.
The hub has a lot of normal levels + 4 ones that are more longer than the normal levels and usually have 3+ stars. These 4 levels needs to be beaten in order to get to the final level (but you also need a certain amount of stars, too).
By the way, the villain isn't Bowser and it's unknown, but you'll get who is him going through the episode.

But please, don't steal this idea! It's MINE! Indeed I was planning to start another project with this idea after finishing The Star of Subcon.
