need a forum for the suggestion for the forum

i have suggestions

1. read the title
2. moar characters for the topics (mi very good project has too many, while at other forums it doesn't!1!)
3. categories to make dis forum less messy

That is a function to prevent new members to parse URLs anywhere in 7 days if they are directed to spammy nonsenses or somewhere in that direction that is malicious. This is like if you are still in a newly registered group and have more limited permissions to post stuff in a forum.

You're not in the newly registered users as this type of forum doesn't support it. It was just an example. You sadly have to wait for 7 days until we can change it for you to post URLs aswell... we might figure out.
